This service includes a review of your application, program materials, and forms for compliance with state rules. Documentation will be submitted electronically.

• Application Review and Clarification via Phone

This service entails review, clarification, and assistance with completion of your program application. When selecting this service option, please indicate the application you require assistance with completing, specific questions and concerns, and your state of choice. It would also be helpful to provide a link to the application (if possible).

 

• Basic Consultation                                      

This is a basic phone consultation to discuss the beginning process, licensing, expansion, training needs and staffing needs of a healthcare business.

 

• Basic Consultation in-person                   

This is a basic consultation to discuss the beginning process, licensing, expansion, training needs and staffing needs of a healthcare business.

 

• Basic Consultation via  Zoom           

This is a basic video consultation to discuss the beginning process, licensing, expansion, training needs and staffing needs of a healthcare business.

 

• Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Consultation

This service entails a review of your compliance matters and formalizing an approach for responding to a Corrective Action Plan.

 

• Developmentally Disabled Group Home Consult 

This 1-hour phone consultation entails a discussion of start-up, licensing, program design requirement and home readiness persons diagnosed with a developmental disability.

• Group Home Inspection 

This service will provide a comprehensive pre-inspection of your prospective group home to identify all possible health, safety and compliance issues prior to licensing by the State. Next Level Up will furnish a written corrective action plan upon completion of the review.

• Healthcare Compliance Audit (Up to 4 Residents) 

Next Level Up will review documents and provide a written report to help your business meet compliance guidelines. Providers are required to send or provide access to a complete set of client records to include MARs, prescriptions, medical visits, Incident Reports and progress notes that will be electronically encrypted to adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

• Healthcare Compliance Audit (5 or more Residents) 

Next Level Up will review documents and provide a written report to help your business meet compliance guidelines. Providers are required to send or provide access to a complete set of client records to include MARs, prescriptions, medical visits, Incident Reports and progress notes that will be electronically encrypted to adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Program Research in Any State 

This service will provide up to 3.5 hours of program research. An additional 1.5 hours will be used for discussion of findings. Such research may entail a review of start-up and licensing standards, licensing or certification requirements for a specific program type.

• Program Research & Document Origination in Any State 

This consultation is the next and serious step toward getting your program started. This service includes 6 hours of program research and document origination in preparation for application filing in any state. An additional 1.5 hours will be used for discussion of findings. Such research may entail a review of start-up, licensing and certification requirements, process and compilation of relevant documents and application and checklist requirements.

• Program Research & Services Design Consultation

This one hour consultation entails a discussion of your program and design. Best Practices will be discussed along with developing a business model.
